I fought fog and mist wraiths almost exclusively for two levels and never saw this item. Either it is not so common, or somone out there just has a personal vendetta against me. :P

Just had this drop off of walking rocks N of TNN. First time in 4 characters hunting rocks in the mid 20s to get this drop from them.
