There are several levels of 'rogue'/'assassin' pendants. Assassin/Lord pendant falls from Raiders. The Overlord pendant does not, it's higher level and comes from Waylayers.

These drop more frequently from the siabra wayguards...got three yesterday.

Well Mythic might have changed the loot code around, Never seen these off Mireguards/raiders (not to say they wouldnt). But today I saw two of these and 1 of the master Assassins pendants drop off Banshees in bog near AB. Also the Overlord one is now 7dex 7quick 1backstab / 1stealth.

This item drops at the mireguard/raider camp in the Bog. The spawn spot of Neese and Muroi. It is approximately East of IC a little past the archer tower on the right in some trees. They are approximately 38-42 level I believe. Hard to tell though, things stay yellow and orange for several levels at these levels. They drop some other pretty nice stuff, including weapons, shields, leather and RF armor, bracers, and several pendants. They are very tough though, so be careful. Xp is low for their toughness in my opinion.

Why would a mid level mob drop a level 45 magic item. Siabra Wayslayers aren't even named Siabra anymore.
