my friend just gave me one at 23... haha, yah, no typo there. It will be in bank for awhile, but for now, its good for impressing people. Purple base color with red/orange flames. VERY sweet. and also it procs 88 dmg.. just like it shows in pic. take care

At level 41 its procing a little bit for me, anywhere between 20 and 40 extra dmg, BTW it cons orange to my Warrior.
