The cloak is Black with a yellow copperish trim.
It dropped for me from the Unseelie Underviewers.
Havent seen it drop off lodes yet.. but that doesnt mean it will not. Good luck getting one.. they seem to have a rare drop rate. (Though I managed to be grouped and see 4 crystal slicers drop in 2 days which is very rare)

An Unseelie Underviewer dropped this cloak for me in the top of the mine. In the big room way at the end of the top part of the mine, there are many underviewers that spawn there.

Yes it does look like the spinners cloak only the one I got was black. There is a big room usually well camped on the way to the pit. As you look into the room most of the mobs are silvermine sentries. Down the corridor to your left are collared gemgetters. I was with a grp of 7 ppl looking mostly for loyalist scale and we camped here for around 2 hours. I got the cloak at either level 38 or 39 (can't say for sure as I leveled that night). Also cant say for sure what mob it dropped off as we were getting up to 6 mobs a pull tho we killed more silvermine sentries than anything. Hope this helps. Btw great cloak =)

it looks just like the spinners cloak and i "hear" it drops off the lodes in pit... i can't say for sure since i had to buy mine...

Yes. this is drop in pit. i got two this cloak. ppl say to this is rare drop item.. :) kill and kill again then u can get it...
