When you use the Black War Paint, its trigger the secret character in DAoC and turns you into a Drow or a Dark Elf. You are automaticly turned level 50 AssWhooper.

There is Blue War Paint as well, but doesnt seem to have any magic

ok but how is it used exactly? Please describe what a player would do with this item exactly.

You can look cool and equip it looks like a giant sack. Used for dying player made items.
