this looks way cool! it just turned orange to me at 36. it's a greenish-aqua sword when weilded. everyone askes me "what the hell sword are you using" and when i tellem, they just about cream there shorts. someone also said something about a possible proc on this. anyone know if it's true? as a pally, im curious, since our lvl 40 slash epic has one. this is almost 2X faster than the epic, but with no proc, dunno if i'd use it over the epic.

Tylwyth Teg Rovers cons orange and red to me at level 43..... no way in hell can attain this at 25
it's probably a random drop of any mob of the same type in the area, such as Faded Armor coming from Tomb Raiders in Salisbury Plains.
