I received this tinderbox from a rattling skeleton, in Gotar! If it was humanoid before, I guess why not? :)
When you stand near it, it says, for a level 27-28 :
You regain 21 hit points from a magical font!
You regain 3 endurance from a magical font!
I guess, with a caster, it would also say "You regain x power from a magical font!".
Ironically, it also works in the water, if you're dived in the various lakes off the Classic maps. It can be used only once, unfortunately, and it lasts for at least 20 min, I was not around when it went off (maybe 30 min?).
