i camped the jammtland mts camp near the outpost for several hours and it didn't drop, but they do drop unique items.

i got two of them in raumarik, a guild member of mine also got one, seems they are rare but it's still worth hunting them tho :D

camped nearly 5 hours in raumarik for this damn ring... killed almost 400 wraiths... nothing...
not even another drop... just sucky loot *sigh*

i did not get this ring in frontier but i did get a different ring called arcane wrap.

I believe they recently changed the Band of Ice to only drop in Raumarik, and not in the frontier.
I'm not entirely sure though, I'll have to see if I can find it in the patch notes.

This also drops off Wraiths in Jamtland.
