This is a jewel, most jewel items are for Int casters. Only a few good emp caster jewels I know of. Also a druid, warden, or bard could wear this while it cons red ie they dont melee alot so it would not wear out fast at all. And again 36hp is sweet, con and hp items add up fast.

Is this a level 50 item. Ring of Mental Fortress from Cm may not give 7dex and 7empathy, but its a REAL nice ring. It's like a level 38 item. So, what then? I have to ding 50 to use a yellow piece of equipment in order to gain 3 more empathy? Wow, and the ring has increases to 2 resist bases as well..
Yes, I realize a level 5 could use this item, but it'd decay pretty fast wouldn't it? And usually items that are meant for say level 20 are going to drop from something that's about level 25-27.. so... That would mean this probably drops off some uber mob, and for WHAT?! 7 emp? 36hps? O BOY SIGN ME UP!!!
