I'm thinkin its one of the many items in Hibernia that is bugged. Notice there's a "magical ability" listed, but it doesnt say what that magical ability is. I have a couple pair of Gloves of Black Death AF78 scale that have the same type of 'magical ability' listed and ive been told by MANY that they're bugged. Hang onto them, though, cuz I'm assuming they'll be fixed eventually.

how does this magical ability work? it's not random and i have tried it through the quickmenu. so i'd be happy if someone told me how to use it.
