put it in your hotkey bank - then when you want to use it, hit your "use item" key (type /keyboard in game if you don't know which key that is) and THEN hit the icon on your hotkey bank.

For the question asker, here is a real answer.
Click the staff for the icon to come up, then place the staff icon on your spell bar, click it when you want to use it.

i want this staff :) but can anyone tell me how to fire a staff's dmg spell, coz i'm very confused :( thx
