what are you talking about? effective AF is what your actually getting out of it and since the quality inst 100% your not going to get 49AF and it says 49AF as the base and in the description of it is says Armor Factor: 49....so what are you talking about?

He's saying the listed AF on the armor is 49...and you're right, since it isn't 100% quality, you're not gonna get 49 af, you get the effective 44 af.
