Leanna is the NPC to start the long lion fang quest. She is near the north gate in Camelot. She is not needed to get the cloak.

This is NOT a quest item, it is a random drop from the black lions in campa. Quest given by the NPC in camelot = thrust weap, autodrop from the lion = slash weap, cloak = random drop

Don't ask me what her name is. But it's a female NPC just south of the North Exit of Camelot.
