Got it tonight - dropped from the Rev definitely. darkened hoarfrost was from hugi/cyclops's

nope drops of Wretch of Winters
93% qual items = WoW items

think RR drop equilivant = darkened hoarfrost staff

I am 99% sure that this only drops off of the Revenant. Definately not the Wraiths.
