Base Range: 1600 Per Patch 1.61b: - Bow of Monstrosities (Hibernia) - The haste proc has been changed to a more appropriate ablative aura proc. Per patch 1.88 (03.28.07) - As Quickness no longer has an affect on Archery, all Quickness and Quickness Cap on bows has been converted to Dexterity and Dexterity Cap, respectively. This will affect any dropped bows already in your inventory, as well as those dropped in the future. Note: This will not affect items created by the Random Object Generator (ROG). Per patch 1.88 (03.28.07) - Archers have had their unique bow lines replaced with a new line, called "Archery". |

I have had this bow for at least two months now, and the new proc does work. Has a higher value than ablatives u can put on your armor and tends to go off pretty often

That's me and my bow and we did get it after 1.61
however i have yet to see it proc

That pic was taken after 1.61 so... I think it is still a haste proc I'm afraid
