level 12 nightshade NO PROBLEM hazard cons blue, resa is up the beach towards the cliff, no siabras
At lvl 16 I just picked this up(Not more than 10 minutes ago)The stats for my boots are as follows:
Factor 26
Absorb 10%
Weight 1.6 lbs
Con: 100% Dur: 100%
Qua: 100%! Bon: 5%
+1 Sealth
+6 str
+6 dex
+6 quick
100% quality so the effective af is 28! To top it off, Hazard didn't even con to me so I didn't need to worry about adds or anything. Waiting for a higher level, to hit this quest, turned something I was doing to kill time into something very useful indeed.
