I have this (soloed all of quest except last bit in Trollheim) and it's a great axe...but it SHOULD proc, took a lot of work to get. And a particle effect would be nice - we get screwed in Mid for nice flaming/shimmering etc weapons.

I seen one like this same name an all, but had a particle affect and had a proc (dunno what proc?) but it glowed green
