I was in Housing and I found a Mimir's Hammer of Wisdom. The stats were much better than the current version of this page suggests:
hits 40 piety 15 con 15 dex 15; otherwise same stats.

This comes from the Shaman level 40 epic quest. Nothing remarkable about it, looks about the size of a Q-Tip when held by a troll.

Rather disappointing that an epic item doesn't have any + to any skill specs. *shrugs*
