Which creature drops drops this in Muir? Lowest level area? And also would it be gray to a L26?
I've had this drop from mummy at top level and a couple times from murkmen, and yes very probably would be gray being a lvl12 mgical item.

Look below the Found in: Muire tomb thing man, it says "Cloak is brown and not hooded."
