These mini-quests have you run around doing tests and getting samples to isolate the problem before these creatures get wiped out out of hand. See Master Kless in town; he's in the building on the SW corner of Cotswold Village, at 13.1, 29.4. Master Kless wants to find out if the spriggarns are behaving malevolently because they are under a spell. He needs 2 blood samples from spriggarns. Spriggarns are everywhere South of the road running through town. Kill any 2.
