1) Speak with Dostram loc=24k, 18k

2) Travel to Swanton Keep and talk to Timmo, loc=28k,13.3k, and type /whisper Dostram.

3) Kill Captain Taff, he can be found in the woods east of Snowdonia Station near loc=50.8k,41.7k. When he dies Captain Taff's Silver Earring will appear in your inventory.

4) Return to Timmo and hand him Captain Taff's Silver Earring.

5) Go back and speak with Dostram for your reward.

I had to wipe the trackers in the area of the camp, then a yellow chief popped, killed him then Captain Taff popped

Found him in between the 2 tents east of SS. He conned Orange to me at 20 and hit very hard. Had a few of the (blue/green) trackers follow him out to fight me.
