Step 2. Go to the Lower Crypt and find Zarahel, Loc: 22369, 22870 Lower Crypt, Zarahel cons yellow @ level 47, Kill Zarahel.

Step 3. Return to Spy Master Quinn and talk to him to recieve reward

Reward: 1,350,000,000 experience @ level 48, 1 gold piece
