Salamus offers a bounty to kill terracite sneaks and obtain two of their weapons.

Head south of Salamus to loc. 11614, 18015 to find terracite sneaks at the base of a large tree. They con blue at level 43.

Kill sneaks to retrieve 2 Terracite Weapons and turn them in to Salamus for your reward.
