Lower Crypt Intelligence

DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different This quest is short, but you may need help since the mobs range from orange to purple. Lyllyn is located southeast of the Obelisk in the Underground Forest (loc 11700 12600). After a brief talk, she gives you the quest to head into the Lower Crypt and kills some Haunted Lieutenants for some intel. Head west from the camp and enter the Deadlands of Annwn, entrance (loc 31000 10300). Once you zone in, head north towards the Lower Crypt entrance (loc 20000 5000). Make note of the obelisk outside. You will find the Haunted Lieutenants just inside the door to the west. These mobs range from orange to purple to a 50, and they know how to style. Kill the mobs until you receive Lower Crypt Intelligence in your backpack. If you are in a group, and I recommend it, everyone should get the item simultaneously. You need to return the item to Lyllyn now. If you were wise enough to activate the Underground Forest obelisk, you can use the obelisk outside the Lower Crypt to go to the Shar Labyrinth and then the Underground Forest instead of running all the way back. Hand Lyllyn the item and receive your reward. As a 50 ranger, I got 41,500,000,000 experience, and 1 gold I highly advise any level 49's to do this quest, along with Ranger Jensyn's Duty. Level 49 received 1,600,000,000 experience. |

Was able to solo these with my Enchanter pet. They are red to 49, orange and red to 50's Took (4) kills to get the intelligence report to drop.
