Falorn says:
I love the great land of Hibernia. Nature is a part of the lives of all her inhabitants, most of all our Druids. Unfortunately, the Dragonsworn do not have respect for even our most holy. They have forced several of our Druid's into their service. Once such Druid is Feason MacDonnal, but what sets him apart from the others is that my sources tell me he has been swayed to their cause. He now believes that King Lug is causing our land to fall apart, and the Glimmer King would save Hibernia from the pillages of adventurers. This is, of course, ridiculous. Cuuldurach will bring far more destruction than Feason realizes. Try to talk reason into him. If that is not possible, be sure to inform someone in Ardagh what happened to him. I believe he had a friend there named Fyrsil.

Log says:
Defeat Feason MacDonnal in the Silvermine Mountains. You may need to deafeat Ginde to make him show himself. Once he is dead, speak to Fyrsil in Ardagh. Then, return to Falorn in Tir na mBeo.

Quest goal: Defeat Feason MacDonnal

The Dragonsworn camp will be a red dot on your map. approx 60, 10 Silvermine Mountains. The camp is on a hill. It is best to attack from the north. Even if the Dragonsworn are grey and not aggressive they will attack!

Feason is a Druid and has a tree spirit pet. He was orange to my lvl 29 with a green pet. I had to clear the camp 4 times including killing Ginde 4 times to get him to pop. I hope you have more luck.
Feason will drop an item called The Druid's Manifesto. I asked a CSR who says this item is just to hint to you that this mob is involved in some type of a quest and the item is NOT necessary for the quest and can be safely destroyed. You will get this item the first time you or your group kill Feason, whether or not you have this quest, no matter what level you are, even if he is grey.

Feason MacDonnal says: "I will be reborn, Merirache! When I return we shall meet again and continue this fight, I promise!"

After killing Feason, Quest goal: Speak with Fyrsil

Fyrsil is the healer in Ardagh, /loc 32754, 5170 Silvermine Mountains.
Fyrsil says, "I'm afraid I don't feel much like talking today. I'm concerned about my friend [Feason]."
Fyrsil says, "We studied to become Druids together when we were children. I heard recently that the Dragonsworn forced him into their service. I hope that he's able to [break free] of them."
Fyrsil says, "He's dead you say? Such a pity, he loved our land so very much. I hope he finds a better fate in his next life. I will make sure his remaining family and friends know he is no longer tormented by the Dragonsworn."

Return to Falorn.
Falorn says:
"So he would not listen? Feason's mind must have become truly warped by the Dragonsworn."
