You don't have to give anything to Lakeb, just talk to him when your log says you have killed 5. Helpful note: Driftwood Beetles also drop a bounty item called Shiny Shell for lvl 7-8! Turn into Grumbles in Ryley. Lakeb says: These fat driftwood beetles look dandy Your skills have proven quite handy.
