The Bossiney cluster's housing zones have been consolidated to one housing region per realm:

The Bossiney cluster now only runs the housing regions for each realm. Characters will be relocated to the central market of their realm’s housing zones upon logging in. The Royal Accountants have been placed in the center of these markets to give players their transfer quest for ML 1-5 Credit. Please insure you speak with these NPC’s as well as settle any housing or guild transfers before making your character transfer.
