Hot Fix 6/25/2010

A few quick fixes for the servers today:

• Fixed an issue that was causing some players to crash when gaining a new level.
• The Hibernian Emerald Seal merchant "Wovo" will now correctly sell scale armor once again.
• Fixed an issue which prevented players of the Realms of Midgard and Hibernia from being able to properly craft the newly added poisons.
• Tooltips no longer disappear after accessing the options window.
