Halloween Quest NPCs

Though all the Halloween goodies, ghosts and potions have gone away for another year, the NPC's you need to speak with to complete the Halloween quest have decided to stick around for a little longer:

In order to allow players to complete their Halloween quests, John Tobin (Alb), Nera (Hib), and Foa Muldisson (Mid) will be returning to the Realms. Please note that players will not be able to start a new quest, nor complete unfinished quests if they have not visited all of the required pumpkin patches.
