Talk with Krato in Eltnen at Eltnen Fortress once you have reached at least Level 21. Description Level 23 Desert Fess Collect Fess fiber for Krato. Fess Fiber (15) Collect fiber from the Fess plant, which grows in the Eiron Desert and the Outpost Ruins, and bring them to Krato. Basic Reward XP † 4,500
