Talk with Malak in Morheim at Halabana Outpost once you have reached at least Level 38. Description Level 39 Lepharist Ointment Defeat the laboratory soldiers, procure Smelly Ointment (PW/AA) and take it to Malak. Basic Reward XP † 26,890  Greater Recovery Serum (5)
