Scorched Earth Description the Raiders have contaminated an irrigation tank with petrohol and used it to ignite the nearby crops. Those damn rats were a howling pack of sabre-wolves when it all went up. We need to get access to that tank and drain the water into the Bay before they figure out how to pipe it into the main water lines. The valve has a lock, so look around the area and see if one of the missing farmers left behind a set of keys. Objective Go to Farmer's Rest Find water tank's valve key Use key to unlock water tank valve Reroute water to drain into the Bay Rewards 2000 200 Mod Cache

The key is in a small pool of water with two Raiders standing at it. Pop them, grab the key and quietly go clockwise (deosil) around the camp to get to the tank. When you unlock the valve three to five Raiders will spawn just further clockwise of the tank.
