Template:LotRO Coin

When you are reporting a coin amount, such as in a cost section, you can use this template to keep the output consistent. It will also put the amounts in the same colors used in-game, which looks real nice.

About the real-world value of Turbine Points: When not on-sale (bonus TP), TP packages range from 400TP/$6.50 to 3100TP/$49.99 yielding a range for per-TP value from $.0163/TP to $.0161/TP. Given that the "bonus" TP is always there and never less than that shown below, we have chosen to use $.0100/TP (based on 5000TP for $49.99). Of course, when Turbine holds a sale (adds more bonus TP) the price per TP will be less.

The standard TP prices are:

  • 400TP +20 (bonus)=420 for $6.50 - base: .0163 with bonus: .0154
  • 1200TP +350 (bonus)=1550 for $19.50 - base: .0163 with bonus: .0126
  • 1820TP +680 (bonus)=2500 for $29.50 - base: .0162 with bonus: .0118
  • 3100TP +1900 (bonus)=5000 for $49.99 - base: .0161 with bonus: .0100
