A Paragon dungeon may only be completed five times, denoted by five stars. Once the Paragon mode (fifth star) is completed you must move on to the next dungeon in the Path of the Paragons.

The fifth listed Common Mob will not appear in the 1-star version. Mobs in Paragon dungeons do not drop loot.

Vanquish is not an option for Paragon dungeons.
