Und-a-Runki Book of Grudges (WAR History and Lore)
Located inside the Und-a-Runki Public Quest, Order players will have to follow the wall and climb the mountain from the northeast in order to approach the Book of Grudges required to trigger the unlock.
The book sits on a box by the guard, on the right side of the keep.
