These special goggles allow you to see collection items throughout Kunark that are invisible to the naked eye.

These special glasses make it possible to see Blue Shinies in the Rise of Kunark zones. They also work in the Echoes of Faydwer zones!

Just added an updated screenshot. They work with Faydwer, Kunark, and The shadow Oddessy zones now

Having received the goggles, here is what you actually get. Invisible glasses (they can't be seen when you are wearing them) that show a few more collectables than if you didn't have them. The only real reward you get for the most expensive collection in EQ2 is a healthy slice of experience.

Yes, you can buy all the collectables necessary, but it isn't worth it.

I sent some feedback in to EQ2 developement suggsting that they make the goggles visible as a very cool pair of sunglasses. That would make them worth it.
