Speak to Odon Scourgeson in the Cragged Spine to begin this quest.

Note: You must first complete Thirin's quest, Roughing Up the Reinforcements, before you can receive this quest.

First, run out to the isle at 521.00, 26.75, 554.92
Once there, the provisions you want can be found as follows. You are able to infest the same barrels multiple times if you wait for the crustose sporetenders to despawn. Just click them and kill the Ry'Gorr patroller that spawns:

685.15, 54.45, 601.80

Return to Odon Scourgeson for your reward.

Odon Scourgeson, one of the many barbarians stationed at the Cragged Spine, wants to use another natural element in the battle against the Ry'Gorr: crustose spores. He gave you a pouch of them to apply to Ry'Gorr provisions.

Stage 1

Odon wants to apply the crustose spores to any Ry'Gorr provisions you find within their encampment on Jagged Daggers.
