Speak to Fraka Dar at 403, 183, -833 Copy beneath Droumlunds after completing Reaching Fraka and Under the Veil.

1. Speak with Vizzeren on either Daarspire 15, 195, 2 Copy or Veiled Thessk
2. Vizzern will give you Vizzeren's Arcanum Vision Elixir
3. Cast the arcanum vision elixir in Fraka Dar's Roost
4. Destroy the slumber spell urns while under the affect of Vizzeren's arcanum vision elixir (sparkling urns around Fraka Dar)
5. Speak with Fraka Dar
6. Lead Fraka Dar to Harla Dar on Veeshenna Tol -108.79, 51, 749.56 Copy
7. Speak to Harla Dar to complete the quest (and grab a tissue and watch the tearful reunion)
