This quest is given by the taskmaster at the Thundering Steppes docks after you complete all of the Far Seas Requisitions from the table next to him and the first four of his special contract quests. You must:

• Collect 32 specimans of Steppes Flora. (From gathering from shrubs)
• Collect 12 Varsoon Apprentice skulls. (Near the Ruins of Varsoon Entrance entrance)
• Gather enough bones from skeletons in the Steppes

for a collection. (Kill skeletons until you fill the 32 needed)
