Report to Occultist Levonicus  

Guild members who wish to earn status points by doing city tasks for the Temple of War will first need to complete this quest. It is given by Convert Y'Ral at the Temple of War in North Freeport.

Y'Ral will send you a few feet away to speak to Occultist Levonicus in the Temple of War. This will open up the Report to Blight Sage Destroz quest.
