Gather 8 soil samples from around Quel'ule. They are random spawns and are small clumps of dirt with a green sparkly graphic.

The samples are found from the Barricades in the northeast, past the Farisian Nexus, down the main street all the way to Jinan, past the Altar of Cazic-Thule, to the graveyard (revive point) beyond, and only where you see grass or dirt, never on paving.
