Found blanketfishes as far north as 1812, neg686 and as far south as 1596, neg219. If there are pikes around, kill them, I believe they are placeholders. No blanketfish were up so I killed pikes, and they popped.

Is there a faster way to get full faction? I have dont his quest 20 times now and only at kindly now ..getting tired of this quest

Just a suggestion, but delete and retry if you get the one with the sand pike, unless you like waiting for a single mob to respawn repeatedly.

I found blanketfish near the tombstone for the quest Drowned Treasure.

You can delet quest and recive another without being penalized and pick the ones you like, the sorcerers and pikes have longer spawns on them

To prove without a doubt my dedication to the goals of the Ashen Order, I have been tasked with miscellaneous duties by Shu Fang Qi.
You need to have at least "Kindly" faction with the Ashen Order in order to receive this quest.
It's a repeatable quest for +500 faction points and reasonable experience.
The monsters tend to be higher than the 'Service to the Order' quest such as the following:
a) Sandscrawler soldiers
b) Sandscrawler Diabolists
c) Sandscrawler Shamaners
d) Sandscrawler Marauders
e) Desert Prophets

There is a follow-up trial from Shu Fang Qi after you've done these repeatedly and have done perhaps each of the mobs listed as possible targets.
It's called Trial of Ash and it is repeatable as well, but uses upper echelon mobs in PoF such as goblin marauders & diabolists, or gilded sunfeather falcons instead of the normal ones.

Found the shamanites by the Sandscrawler Cliffs mining operation. Only saw one or two up at a time, not sure if troopers and the like are placeholders. Tracking helps :)

These quests seem to finish once you hit Kindly faction (well they did for me)

Sand Pikes are located in Pillar of Flames West coast near Afaf Rabi'ah Location is : +1812, -201, -688

Blanket fish are located in the NE sea. I belive only Large Blanket fish give the updates.

I was also asked to kill Blanketfish, but I have no idea where they are. Additional monsters are Sandscrawler Raiders, Desert Lunatics also.

This repeatable quest is offered to you after you complete the quest Fallen From Beauty by Shu Fang Qi.
It consists of four separate kill tasks of five monsters in each, meaning you will be asked to kill four sets of five monsters in the Pillars of Flame. This is random and can include goblins, harpies, hawks and sabertooths. The reward is faction and coin.

In order to prove my dedication to the Order Shu Fang Qi has asked that I assist the order with some tasks.
Perhaps things will be a bit more peaceful here now.
