The Lakeshore Ruins  

As soon as Zeliss landed in Kuark he recognized the ruins that link to the history of the iksar race, and began to study them. To the northeast is one such set of ruins. Travel there and carefully excavate some of the ancient iksar relics using the ArtifactSafe Brand Cleaning Fluid he gives you.

Collect six iksar relics from the Lakeshore Ruins and return for your reward.

The artifacts are under piles of dirt throughout the ruins, and there's agro skeletons all around them. Activating the ArtifactSafe Brand Cleaning Fluid will break sleath, and you must be very close to them to use it.

Not every potential artifact has one in it. The artifacts look like stone tablets, and must be collected after you reveal them.
