He did not offer me any quest. I got the one from Vlepo and from the Togglesmeets.

Actually I just did this quest and it is indeed working, I thought it was at first because it wasn't giving me the standard 'did not find quest item' update. I even started an alt thinking it may be a chest drop then looked on the EQII message boards at everquest2.com and some aiad the quest was working, so I thought maybe the game just doesn't tell you everytime you don't get it and indeed I was right when I got the ding and the message Found an exiled orc sword. So what you need to kill are exiled orcs by The Forgoten Shrine of Shoreside locatede at about -69.85 67.80 until you get the update, you just won't get an update each time till you actually find the sword, very clever Sony. :P

Vlapo is located at 59, 3. Right by the bank.
