After a half dozen or more expansions since this content became available, the armor quests offered by Bor Wharhammer STILL have a level requirement. /sigh

The information in this post is now over a year old. Does anyone know the new requirements since all the updates and changes?? What age level and flags if any. Thanks inadvance for any updates

Are the patterns multi-questable? i.e. can someone pick up the ND pattern and use them to make YOU the armor???

no.
You need to do a combine to get the armor.
You need the mold/pattern on you.

So you do have to be either flagged for tier 2 planes or level 55 to get this to work? I've heard yes and no, need some sort of confirmation.

You must be level 55, or have the Flags for tier two which can be attained at 46 from the Tribunal in PoJ. Although at 46 You can not get the molds and very few will have anywhere near the money to buy them, unless they have a reseller, Higher level ALT or took a trip to a certain website.

Actually Stein, since they opened up the zones to everyone, they changed the way the molds work. It is now hard coded that you must be 55 to get the quest from Bhor. If you are 54 and flagged for elementals, you still cant get the quest. However, prior to the zones being opened, it worked the exact opposite. It didnt matter what level you were, you could only get the quest if you were flagged for tier 3.

Much to my disgust, I can confirm this. I got my 51 warrior his PoJ and BoT flags. But, he can't get the item to make his ornate.

What level and/or flags u need to do this? I tried at 51 with 6aa and have a ponb flag but he told me I need to venture more in the planes after I gave him my 500pp... at least he gave it back.

It was weird, I was just outside the wall, watching him still under the floor, and all of a sudden he popped back up above the floor. Ran around, hailed him, and then did the turn in. I was told it is a bug from the last patch.

I don't see him as well. I tried to target where he normally is, but notta. Also, the merchants in this building were walking back and forth, refusing to sell anything...This is on Vazaelle server.

If you go outside the building, and look through the walls where he would normally be, you can see him walking underneath the floor. Bug...

Ok so I went and bought my pattern, needle, and cured etheral energy. Headed for PoT all happy about getting my first piece of ornate....and the NPC is not there!!!

This sucks...cause I sold my old boots to get the last bit of PP for the pattern...f@#$ing SOE reset the NPC's already I want my boots!!!!

Same thing on EMarr as of 4/17, but I targeted him and hailed him and he eventually showed up. Be patient!

this dude wasn't infront of his crate as of 4/15/04 i COULD Target him and he showed up in my target window, but in not about to try to give him expensive stuff with seeing him.

On Povar, the same thing happened to my warrior. I could target. so I hailed him anyway and he talked to me. Soon after that, he appeared... Hope that helps...

From the Plane of Tranquility bank, Go out of the building and turn right. He is in the next entrance to the right by some crates.
