These appear to spawn as part of the Koka`Vor village ring event. Seven Elder and one Chieftan spawn after the entire village has been eliminated. They do not appear to have static spawn points which means they don't path back to any particular location. This can make splitting them both very easy or challenging depending on what method you're using.

Drops:

Brick of Electrified Copper.

Stats:

Level 63

Immune to pacify, snare, root, and slow.

Cripple lands easily, does not seem to be much in the way of any resists on these guys.

Ramps and AOE ramps.

Cons as a raid mob but does not have mitigation of the mighty on Agnarr.

Faction hit upon death is Koka`Vor Tribe -5.

I play a level 62 Ranger on Povar....

Harmony of Nature will work on almost any mob. There are some exceptions in various zones, but not many at all.

Harmony of Nature WILL work on these, however you just need to hope for a resist. I am often a puller, and of course I pull with Harmony of Nature. Even with cons that are Yellow and Red above me, Harmony often works on them as well. Though you will indeed get an occasional resist.

Ask the Enchanter, or Shaman or some one for a Charisma buff while you pull. If your charisma is high enough & you are far enough away(Extended Range 4 Item) if a resist happens, it won't always agro, if your Cha is high, usually over 100.

The answer to pulling these guys is pretty simple. Get a bard to do it. Get a bard to run in and tag one. If more than one comes he can gate the others back, then hit Fading Memories to make them forget he exists. Because the one he wants is still in aggro range it keeps coming. (or he tags it again) It's a very simple tactic and works great on seperating Vindi and his bodyguards as well.
Splitting

Big problem with this is there are 3, almost impossible for a single monk to split as they are nasty corpse campers. Best way is to have another fd puller tag them while monk tries to split them and park them away from camp. Once slowed they are extremely easy mobs, tanked all 3 elders with only shammie as healer and me being a SK, got scared a few times but we owned them.

Has about 100khp, cons yellow to lvl 61.
Rampages and Enrages, is slowable.
Drops parchments.
Hits for a max of 874.
Average hit including bash and kick is for 444hp.
Will probably need FD puller as chanters will usually die trying to mez one.
