Since there is little about his location and the realist is not on maps if you are working the Hunter Achievements...
When you get to the first circular bridge from Innothule zone in and take the right ramp up off the bridge and follow the path curving to to the right and there is a room with 3 frogs. This is the froglok realist room.
Edit...Apparently this mob is ultra rare if even spawning at all. I am on about 8 hours at the camp and no realist.

Heh, I dunno.. It is pretty junky at +2 dex, +10 hp, even if you only get it to twink with.
But, you could always equip it and run around a newby place.. Then when asked what it is say it's some extremely uber plane gear..It'll make ya feel superior and stuff!^^ It's graphic is like.. one of a kind, right? hehe, I have too much time to think..

The reed ring is junk for the level and the rarity of his spawn - even though I can cast see invis at will, I think that the ashes would be more useful still all said.

ok me lvl 27 and friend lvl 26 were doing a good job in guk a few nights ago, we were camped in the G-Spidr room i medded there whilst evry time i was 20 % my friend would pull this guy or the place holder we got 4 ghoul ashes 1 reed ring, 2 chitin shields and a shimmering orb off the sycher in the room nezar the G-spider btw after we left the guy who took the g spider camp got the Chitin Bp i was soo ticked anyhow good hunting

no he dosnt drop braclet of woven grass the froglok scryer drops that as common drop he drops pouch of ghoul ash as his common drop
