This spaghetti carbonara is so creamy, the word "creamy" isn't creamy enough to describe its creaminess.

Soloing for DRG

It's an awsome food for soloing drg's. Since it ups your HP max, it ups your healing breath mark. Store TP is always nice for a few extra WS's. +2 Vit isn't much, but hey, it's still there. +4 str and attack +18%, I don't know when it caps though.

I think I might try this once on my SAM40, just to see what its like. I'll probably end up going back to sole sushi, but the att+ and store TP are nice from this. But comparing this to sole sushi, I'm going to WS more often from the TP+ and WS for more, so maybe I'm wrong. Although I am going to be missing more so that might decrease my DoT. And being a drg main, I love DoT. <3

this is a BRD item
# Jun 15 2005 at 1:15 PM Rating: Default
I think this is a bard food....

after you cast your songs and melee might need help, you equip melee gear use this item and go....

the VIT+ is good for if you get aggro off tank while casting Cure III or it uses an AOE attack.

INT-3 BRDs don't need it

perfect for a bard, or at least a good one

I don't think I even really need to say how blatantly inane this post is.

Gee.. +VIT for the one time I've ever drawn aggro as a BRD.. or 35 more MP and 7 more CHR from a food that basically costs nothing.. tough choice.

I think I have to go take my anti-stupid pills now, I'm worried that your post was infectious.

DRKS NEED INT?? Where the hell are you from??? drks need acc + food (as hume, galka and elv) and str+ as mithra or taru.. int is only useful when casting abs spells (which i do alot) however id rather be downing sole sushi and hitting more acc+13 dex+(5?) than using this for str+4?? i mean **** if i wanted str+ food id use mith/chiefkabobs...

i do agree with the fact that drks dont need them

however.. idk how the store tp would work out (or if it would work at all).. mp is ok..

as a melee job you COULD use this, but IMO there are much better choices

INT is used in several of DRK's WS modifiers, including the very-powerful Spinning slash.

Don't flip out on people when you're not even right.

Yes if you don't have the Store TP job trait this will still give you +5 Store TP. Unfortunatly +5 is .05 extra TP per hit

I really don't see who would want to use this. SAMs will want to use Rice Balls with the Myochin Kote and Roshi Jinpachi (the "Enhances effect of rice balls" on each equip stacks) With both equips and a shogun rice ball a SAM/WAR gets +100 attack, +60 DEF, +5 Double Attack, HP+20, DEX+4, VIT+4, CHR+4. For anyone else TP Store +5 is pretty much useless as it will have little effect on TP gain and the other stats are substandard.

I thought of it first:

No, that is not how Store TP works. This food is awesome for Samurai.

There is actually a semicomplicated formula for Store TP. It's not a fixed rate at all. The more you have, the better each point is. As a Samurai you can easily use these food to reach 100% TP one stroke faster than w/o.

Can you confirm this? If it's true then yes, the tp bonus isn't anything big; but the other stats seem nice. (I'm not sure about the HP bonus cap but if it's the same as the NQ version, then it caps at 175 extra HP @ 1249 base HP)
Store TP?
# Jun 14 2005 at 12:50 PM Rating: Default
Can someone please tell me if other jobs other than samurai can benefit from Store TP??? I am not a samurai so I have no idea if it does or not but I am a level 98 cook and my job is level 69 so I'm not a noob! If it helps me gain tp faster, it might be a good food for when I'm going solo while farming and using a weapon skill with certain buffs that would make it do 1000 damage instead of 500-600, more of those more often and you can see my point in asking this question.
