• Defiant: Adept Dinoce at (6194, 5177) in the Training Yard of Meridian
• Guardian: Corporal Riltas at (7361, 3043) in Tavril Plaza of Sanctum

Objective:

• Defeat 5 Wanton Captains in Shimmersand.
