He's behind the tower, the one that's on the border of Myrkwood and Gotar, on the Myrkwood side. A little ways back though. He's got a crapload of companions to mark him out

I have seen Arcane, but I know you have to get Taldos first. I cannot find Taldos, anyone know where he spawns? Also, do we kill Taldos or talk to him?
